Hi, I’m Yani. I’m an Executive Assistant and Operations Support professional with six years of experience supporting CEOs in construction, beauty and service-based companies. I handle calendar management, email organization, scheduling, dispatch, travel planning, SOP documentation and workflows.

I also support operations through site readiness tasks (SWMS, licensing, insurance), client coordination, CRM updates and keeping daily processes running smoothly.
